Weekly training block, a locked 3 week program to develop playmaking and goal scoring ability. Exploring shooting mechanics and details alongside foundational skills to help develop the tools and understanding you need to retain, recall and express the right skills successfully during high-pressure moments. Example Topics: - Quick Release - Off-Pass - Deception - Connecting eyes, body, mind. - Linking/relating to passing skillset Please note: It's a shooting driven series, but we develop everything together so there is plenty of opportunity to improve other aspects of your game too! Don't let the fact that we will shoot a ton of pucks scare you away from improving the way you move.

Skill Development Series - Passer's Skill Package

Weekly training block, a locked 3 week program designed to develop your understanding and ability to make and receive passes effectively and efficiently. Exploring pass mechanics and details alongside foundational skills to help develop the tools and understanding you need to retain, recall and express the right skills successfully during high-pressure moments. Example Topics: - Pass Reception foundation - Setting the Puck introduction - Delivery types: direct, hook, slip, saucer, indirect (forehand & backhand) - Connecting eyes, body, mind. (building fluid weight transfer and puck handling - Linking/relating to shooting skillset Please note: although this is a passing specific series. There are major pieces of passing that involve overall movement, and puck-handling that will be developed alongside the passing skills.

Small Group Drop-In (Kentwood)

50 minutes, 4 skaters maximum. Drop in with us as we explore, learn and grow. A highly versatile option, mainly focused on skills applicable to all styles, ages, and levels. Expand your knowledge base and challenge what you know. With a high rep, quick moving and discussion feedback style - we facilitate a recipe for growth. Come prepared with some things you'd like to work on, and we'll work them in. The ice is our playground, and we will find a way to get better in a way that translates to your in-game play this season.
